Welcome to A Broken Design. Rising from the ashes of several Metal and Post Grunge bands,in late November 2014, A Broken Design was born. Striving to bring a fresh perspective to the Stoner/Hard Rock genre. Straddling the lines of Stoner Rock, Metal,Grunge and good, old-fashioned rock and roll. The band boasts seasoned musicians from a variety of musical backgrounds. Guitarist Daniel Bezzina from early 00’s extreme metal heavyweights Slit had known Vocalist Brendan Jackson from studio work he had done with Brendan’s Alternative Rock radio darlings Eve Ransom and Scream Daisy respectively, and after those bands had disbanded, finally had the opportunity to work on a new project together. Completing the lineup with drummer Chris Galea (Planet Seed, session work)and more recently the addition of bassist Liam Spiteri (Planet Seed, Tribali, session work) as the backbone and dynamic purveyors for the hard-hitting songs, A Broken Design’s strongest lineup was now complete.
