The Dead Collective are thrilled to announce the release of their new single Goliath. Taken from the forthcoming EP – this is the second single the band launches around their headline tour of the UK in April and May 2026. The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming EP, out on 22nd May.
Goliath is evocative, atmospheric and sharp. The guitar is intense and evolves throughout the track sustained by a solid rhythmic section. The chorus hits with high intensity with the music reflecting the deep and emotional theme of the song. All the while, Oli Brown’s voice moves seamlessly through the fabric of the soundscape, as the common thread keeping all the elements together.
Frontman Oli Brown comments: “Goliath is about being trapped and overwhelmed by unsurmountable pressure to maintain expectations and relevance. The potential to either collapse or dive into transformation to be renewed.”

About The Dead Collective:
Vocalist/guitarist Oli Brown was initially recognized as a Blues Musician, winning several awards as Best Guitarist, Best Band, Best Singer at the British Blues Awards. Through his solo career he toured and supported artists such as Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, John Mayall and Buddy Guy.
Craving a change in musical direction and a departure from his roots, Oli formed the rock band “RavenEye”. Starting out with a 5 track EP that caught the attention of Slash who proceeded to bring the band on tour through Europe & USA. The band went on to release their debut album ‘NOVA’ and took their incendiary live headline show across USA, UK & Europe and South America. A European tour with KISS helped cement the band’s footprint in Europe, along with tours with Aerosmith, The Darkness, Halestorm, Blues Pills and major UK, US & European Festivals including Reading & Leeds, Download, Ramblin’ Man, Aftershock, Louder Than Life.
Oli used the time during the worldwide lockdown to reconnect with his own songwriting and lyrics. He formed The Dead Collective with guitarist Sam Wood and drummer Wayne Proctor. It all comes from a unique and honest place, the perfect blend of Oli’s origins and distinctive alternative roots sound… thus begins the next chapter…The Dead Collective.
