This marks the second time Patlansky has had an album that has been voted #1 in Blues Rock Reviews’ Top 20. The first time was in 2014 with his previous studio album Dear Silence Thieves.

“It’s an amazing feat which cements Dan’s status among the modern day blues rock greats. Dear Silence Thieves was Patlansky’s breakout, Introvertigo shows he’s right up there with Joe Bonamassa for modern day blues rock supremacy.” – Pete Francis, Blues Rock Review, Editor-in-Chief

INTROVERTIGO, similar to Dear Silence Thieves, is produced by Theo Crous and was recorded at Bellville Studios, Cape Town. Patlansky used his personal life experiences as inspiration for the album to ultimately marry good songs with guitar playing. PATLANSKY adds achievement to his long list of accolades: He was also voted Male Artist of the Year 2015 by Blues & Soul Magazine, #4 of 10 Best Rock Guitarists In The World by Total Guitar Magazine in December 2015, as well as one of the Top 20 Blues Rock Artists by Blues Magazine. In February 2016, he received a nomination for Best International Solo Artist for the Planet Rock Radio ‘Rocks’ Awards. He was also nominated and rated #2 in the category of Top 5 ‘Overseas Artist of the Year’ by the British Blues Awards in September 2016.

Patlansky’s special guest is the Lincolnshire-based singer-songwriter, Ash Wilson. Hailed as one of the UK’s most exciting and distinctive new vocalists, guitarists and songwriters in the British contemporary blues scene, Wilson’s debut album, Broken Machine (released 21st April 2017) is tipped as a watershed achievement in terms of the many musical styles, which begins and ends with the blues at its very core. His new album, which is widely considered by many UK blues pundits as contender for the best debut album from a new blues guitarist, features the crème de la crème of British blues musicians talent at the top of their game including bassist Roger Inniss (Chaka Khan, ex-Laurence Jones), keyboardist Bob Fridzema (King King, Dana Fuchs), and guitarist Jesse Davey (The Hoax).
